We use hospital-grade cleaners to clean everything thoroughly in between client visits.
We have a plexiglass shield at our reception desk and are managing the flow of patients so there is only one person at a time in the clinic , with no waiting room.
Medical-grade Surgically Clean Air units have been installed in the treatment rooms and at reception. Clinical research study shows that the Surgically Clean Air JADE (SCA5000C) Air Purifier has excellent performance in Hospitals, Medical Labs and Dental Clinics to clean and sterilize the indoor air.
Please note: there is no washroom available in the clinic itself. Public washrooms are located in the basement of the building for which a key is available at our front desk; Please plan your visit accordingly.

A chiropodist is a regulated foot care specialist in Ontario. They are licensed by the Ontario College of Chiropodists.
Yes, all of our instruments are sterilized up to and above the College of Chiropodist and Ontario Ministry of Health standards. Each set of instruments is freshly opened in front of each patient.
Unfortunately, chiropody services are not covered by OHIP. However, some third party insurance companies may cover this services under their extended health care plans. Please check with your provider for your individual coverage.
Unfortunately, we are not able to direct bill. Receipts are provided for you to claim.
We send a reminder email a week before your appointment. Please note that missed appointments without 24 hour (business days) notice will be charged a fee prior to booking a new appointment.
Please no food or drink in the treatment rooms. Also, there is no use of cell phones in our clinic. Why? In consideration of others, to minimize distractions and to ensure your safety during treatment. During winter months, please remove all outside footwear. Thank you in advance.
